KALFLEX couplings are torsionally elastic and transmit the torque by compression of the elastic element (star), ensuring a uniform torque transmission. They dampen torsional vibrations and compensate for slight axial displacements and angular and radial misalignments.
- Hubs made of GG pearlitic cast iron, GGG nodular cast iron, steel, 314/316 stainless steel and aluminum, all of them of very high quality.
- Elastic element hardnesses: 92 Shore A, 98 Shore A and 64 Shore D.
- Operating temperature: -40ºC / + 100ºC, accepting brief peaks of up to 120ºC.
Easy assembly / disassembly.
Minimal maintenance, no need for lubrication.
Coupling with hubs for mounting Taper-Lock bushing, without machining costs.
