Durostone has excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures. These products have become the industry standard for the manufacture of welding pallets, which are widely used in the PCB industry.

They are used to produce electronic components on printed circuit boards that use SMT welding and wave welding.

Durostone is easier to process in production than other PCB tools because of the following factors:

• Durostone has excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures including lead free.
• Durostone has low thermal conductivity.
• Durostone has a low density, which reduces the weight of parts when finished.
• Durostone is made from glass and plastic, ensuring that line operators and factories are not subject to skin irritation to lessen concerns about health and safety.
• Durostone is resistant to most of the chemicals used in the process.

We offer all the Durostone series from general to special as:

• Durostone CHP760 is standard, blue color, density: 1.9 g/cm3, standard operating temperature: 260⁰C, maximum operating temperature: 300⁰C.
• Durostone CAS761 is anti-static, black color, density: 1.8 g/cm3, standard operating temperature: 260⁰C, maximum operating temperature: 300⁰C.
• Durostone CAG762 is an optical anti-static, grey color, density: 1.8 g/cm3, standard operating temperature: 260⁰C, maximum operating temperature: 300⁰C.
• Durostone CFR767 is a special anti-static, dark red color, density of 1.8 g/cm3, standard operating temperature up to 300⁰C and maximum operating temperature up to 380⁰C, Flux-Resistant of Durostone when working in Harsh environment.
